Four Killed as a result of Russian Military Cargo Plane Crash

A military cargo plane named Ilyushin Il-76 crashed and caught fire during landing in Ryazan, the western city of Russia. According to the RIA news agency, nine people were on board, out of which four of them reported dead as a result of a crash.

According to RIA, five people taken to hospital sustained injuries. Another news agency of Russia, The Interfax quoted the defence ministry of Russia, saying that there was a malfunction in the engine. But at the time of the accident, the plane was on a training flight. No details related to the death of the crew members have been reported by the ministry.
