Plastic surgeons hitting Islamabad's underground scene

Hassan Tariq Khan, an Islamabad native who works as a plastic surgeon during the day and performs music at night, has recently been making waves in the city’s underground music scene. The largest underground music event in Islamabad’s history took place there last month, with a maximum attendance of 700 individuals bopping to house music night. The event’s headlining act was Sri Lankan House music sensation Kyotto.

Khan is the CEO and Founder of the record label “Blackcode,” which just performed a record-breaking show in Islamabad and shot to fame. Khan claims that while the house music scene in Pakistan is flourishing and has great potential, it is also fragile and frequently the target of religious agitation.

“My primary goal as a promoter is to support, safeguard, and promote Pakistan’s top-notch underground music scenes. Pakistan has great potential and a wealth of talent; today, musicians from over the globe want to visit Pakistan, and we all want to use music to promote Pakistan positively. We are a tiny group of like-minded people, and we all share a universal love of music “.

As a means of connecting with others and having fun while maintaining his positive outlook, Hassan is determined to share his distinctive musical taste. He refers to music as his antidepressant, therapy, and the only thing that sustains him.

We are intrigued to hear what he has in store for us next because of his desire, free-spiritedness, and live-in-the-moment mentality. Our warmest wishes go out to this incredibly bright person, and we want to see him succeed.
