In an interview with the US magazine The Cut this week, the Duchess of Sussex discussed everything from her departure from the royal family to her new life in Montecito.
According to Allison P. Davies of The Cut, who interviewed Meghan, the Duchess is “still very aware” of her royal status despite her high-profile departure from the Royal Family. “It’s important to think about it because—even during the Oprah interview—I was aware that there are little girls I meet who are like, “Oh my God, it’s a real-life princess,” Meghan said.
“I just look at them all and think to myself, You have the power within you to create a life greater than any fairy tale you’ve ever read,” She continued. However, Archie and Lilibet’s mother has been chastised for her remarks. While some royal experts and fans see it as a warning to the royal family, others see it as an opportunity.
