Karachi gold prices jumped by Rs3,050 per tola on Tuesday. According to All Sindh Saraf Jewelers Association data, gold prices in the local market have risen to Rs151,150 per tola. Similarly, the price of a 10-gram gold bar jumped by Rs2,615 to Rs129,587.
However, on the international market, gold prices fell by $3 to $1,711 per ounce.
The price of silver remained constant at Rs 1,480 per tola. The price of a 10-gram silver bar remained unchanged at Rs 1,268. 86 Local jewelers said that prices on the local market were still Rs4,000 per tola less than in Dubai.
