Soon User's will get Voice Status on WhatsApp

Since voice messages were added to WhatsApp, users’ feelings about them have been very mixed: some love them, while others hate them. Changes are coming to the Meta app for all of you.

If there is one thing that people know about WhatsApp, it is that it changes, updates, tests, and has betas. Icon Verde spends the whole year testing new functions and features on both Android and iPhone. And the one we have for you today might stand out.

We talked about this revolutionary change in WhatsApp for the first time in July. We could now add voice notes to our status updates. Now, a few months later, the betas show that this is a very real possibility.

Users will be able to have a short voice note as their status thanks to this feature (depending on your privacy settings). This feature is still being worked on, but with the WhatsApp for Android 2.22.21.5 beta update, we can finally show something new about the interface.

This screenshot shows that the interface is very similar to that of the text state composer. In fact, the ability to record a voice memo for status updates has been moved to this section and given a very recognizable icon.

Android users are the first to hear about this tool. When you want to post a status update as a voice note, you can also choose the color of the background, and the voice note will be shown as a message bubble.

Also, the voice memo plays automatically every time you open a voice status update. It is protected by end-to-end encryption, and you can upload an audio file that is up to 30 seconds long.

This feature is still being worked on, but it will be added to the app in a future update. So there’s no need to open WhatsApp to find this function. We can already find it. Like all updates, it will also be available for iPhone.
