FREE FIRE Pledged to Contribute 25,000 Kg Rice Via JDC to Flood Victims

The gaming community of Free Fire, one of the most popular mobile games in Pakistan, has pledged to contribute 25,000 Kg of rice as philanthropic backing to support the people affected by unknown cataracts in Pakistan. According to primary estimates, 65 of Pakistan’s main food crops including 70 of its rice have been swept down during cataracts. The rice is anticipated to give immediate relief to around,000 people in the most affected communities.

A call for support was issued to the whole community through an online event, held inside the game, where each Free Fire player could contribute the virtual commemoratives that they earned by simply playing the(1)(2) game. Each commemorative collected was original to 100g of rice. This event produced an inviting response and ended up creating a social media movement where druggies circulated the hashtag #KheloApnoKayLiay and over 25,000 commemoratives were generated within just 3 days, which was original to 25,000 Kg of rice.

This 25,000 kg of rice was also bestowed to the trusted JDC Foundation to be distributed to the flood tide victims in the most negatively affected areas. A well-known content creator from Free Fire’s Community, Rauf Khalid, else known as Rufe Bhai, was present on- point to handover the rice to JDC Foundation” I’m extremely feted and proud of how the gaming community has come together to help our nation in similar times.
