Leading Pakistani telecom provider Zong 4G and famous education technology startup Knowledge Platform have joined forces to launch the “Digital Scholars Program.” This creative project is expected to transform education in 60 schools, helping 3,000 pupils in Pakistan.
This program, which aims to improve education through technology, targets distant and poor locations and is in line with Zong’s Sustainability Initiative. Zong 4G has previously established digital laboratories across the country to improve schools and vocational institutions in collaboration with groups including PAGE, HANDS, and PBM.
The Math Tutoring Program for Grades 9 and 10, a joint venture between Knowledge Platform and school educators, is the centerpiece of the Digital Scholars Program. Furthermore, the English & Sciences Self-study Program covers a wide range of topics for Grades 9 and 10, including General Science, Chemistry, Biology, English, Mathematics, and Physics.
Participating schools receive access to a wide range of materials, such as instructional games and films, assessment instruments, and lesson plans. Zong is committed to giving educational institutions the resources they need to create stimulating learning environments.
On a monthly and annual basis, the program will honor and reward exceptional students, educators, and educational institutions, demonstrating Zong’s dedication to promoting academic success.
“Our partnership with Knowledge Platform reflects our commitment to advancing education through digital innovation,” stressed a Zong 4G official. Zong places a high premium on empowering education, and we hope to make a positive difference in the lives of over 3,000 children by implementing Knowledge Platform solutions in underprivileged communities.
Knowledge Platform’s CEO and founder, Mahboob Mahmood, expressed delight, saying, “Working with Zong 4G on this edtech project is an exciting project.” Our goal is to transform educational methods by continuously refining and enhancing our model while learning alongside instructors and students.
Zong 4G believes the Digital Scholars Program will have a big impact on Pakistani education, empowering the next generation with digital skills and building a better future for the country.
