Mobilink & Unikrew Team Up for Financial Freedom

The leading digital microfinance bank in Pakistan, Mobilink Bank, has partnered with fintech company Unikrew Solutions on a project supported by USAID to provide financial empowerment to women. The goal of this partnership is to close the gender gap in financial access and unleash the economic potential of women.

The program intends to bring 15,000 women nationwide onto the Mobilink Bank platform, offering them exclusive advantages and comprehensive financial services. To better prepare women for success, Mobilink Bank and Unikrew Solutions will work together to establish capacity-building programs that prioritize digital and financial literacy together with entrepreneurial skills. Women will be more equipped to navigate the financial world and accomplish their career goals with this comprehensive approach.

“Mobilink Bank has been a champion of women’s financial inclusion, and this initiative perfectly aligns with our commitment,” said Mobilink Bank’s COO, Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary. “By joining forces with Unikrew Solutions and USAID, we can significantly amplify the reach and impact of our programs.”

As a fervent supporter of women’s empowerment, USAID is aware of how important financial access is to enabling women to reach their full economic potential. Acting USAID Mission Director Maura O’Brien stated, “We believe this collaboration will be instrumental in propelling Pakistan towards a more prosperous and stable future.”

Leading finance company Unikrew Solutions is thrilled to lend its knowledge to this important project. Muhammad Naveed Sharif, Director of Unikrew Solutions, said, “We are committed to working alongside Mobilink Bank and USAID to create lasting opportunities for women’s economic participation and growth.”

Through this relationship, the capabilities of each organization are utilised: USAID’s commitment to women’s empowerment, Unikrew Solutions’ fintech experience, Mobilink Bank’s wide reach and women-centric programs like the Women Inspirational Network (WIN). By working together, they hope to give women all around Pakistan access to financial inclusion and economic progress.
