Emirates Airline marked its 25th anniversary in Islamabad by supporting local children through a partnership with SOS Children’s Village. The airline donated much-needed blankets to the orphanage, bringing warmth and comfort to the children in their care.
This initiative reflects Emirates’ commitment to giving back to the communities it serves. The airline’s team also spent quality time with the children, engaging in activities and sharing stories of hope and encouragement.
“We believe in fostering personal connections and uplifting spirits,” said Salem Al Mana, Emirates’ Regional Manager – Pakistan. “Spending time with the children was a humbling experience for all of us.”
SOS Children’s Village provides a loving home and family environment for orphaned and abandoned children. The blankets donated by Emirates will be especially helpful during the cold winter months.
Emirates has been operating in Pakistan since 1985, connecting passengers to over 140 destinations globally. The airline offers regionally-themed cuisine and Urdu entertainment options on its award-winning inflight entertainment system.
