TGA Hosts First Pakistani Influencer Trip to Türkiye

In a landmark initiative to boost cultural and tourism ties between Pakistan and Türkiye, the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, hosted the first-ever official influencer trip from Pakistan to Türkiye. The program was curated by Asiatic Public Relations Network (APR).

Six prominent Pakistani influencers — Hamza Bhatti, Osama Nasir, Umama Ismail, Ghuas Gondal, Fariha Asghar, and Rea Rana — were invited to explore Istanbul’s vibrant mix of history, culture, gastronomy, and modern attractions.

Their journey highlighted Türkiye’s rich heritage, with visits to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Basilica Cistern in Istanbul’s historic peninsula. The group also explored the colorful neighborhoods of Balat and Fener, the bustling Spice Bazaar, lively Istiklal Street, and the modern waterfront of Galataport, capturing the unique charm of the city. A Bosphorus Cruise further showcased Istanbul’s iconic position bridging Europe and Asia.

Food played a central role in the experience, as the influencers sampled traditional Turkish dishes and fusion delicacies, bringing to life Türkiye’s celebrated culinary culture.

A TGA representative expressed delight at welcoming the first Pakistani influencer group, emphasizing the agency’s commitment to strengthening ties between the two nations and showcasing Türkiye as a premier travel destination for Pakistani tourists.

The influencers are set to share digital content from their trip, offering followers a glimpse into Türkiye’s diverse experiences — from history and architecture to lifestyle and cuisine. This collaboration marks the beginning of future initiatives aimed at inspiring more Pakistani travelers to discover Türkiye and deepening the longstanding friendship between the two countries.
