China Mobile hosted its annual Global Partner Conference in Guangzhou, China, unveiling four major cooperation initiatives that set the stage for the next era of digital innovation. Themed “Carbon-Silicon Symbiosis: Co-Creating the AI+ Era,” the event was headlined by China Mobile Chairman Yang Jie, who emphasized the company’s role in shaping the global AI landscape.
This year’s conference highlighted breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence (AI), International Branding, Quantum Communications, and Digital-Intelligent Living. China Mobile announced its upgraded AI+ Action Plan and launched the AI+ Ecological Alliance, positioning itself as a key AI supplier, aggregator, and operator. These initiatives aim to strengthen collaboration with global partners to develop innovative AI-driven business models and applications.
On the international front, China Mobile introduced “CMobile” — its refreshed global brand representing the “4C” strategy: Customer, Cooperation, Creation, and Connection. The move marks a major milestone in China Mobile’s global expansion and includes the launch of the International Ecological Alliance to foster deeper collaboration across markets.
In the field of quantum technology, the company revealed its “Light Up 100 Cities” Quantum Test Network and Quantum Ecological Alliance, driving large-scale industrial collaboration in quantum communications and infrastructure.
Additionally, China Mobile introduced “AiGou” (Mobile Love Shopping) — a next-generation digital-intelligent lifestyle platform designed for over one billion users. This platform integrates connectivity, applications, benefits, and hardware to provide an all-in-one digital experience.
Zong, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Mobile in Pakistan, aims to bring these “Chinese Solutions” to the local market, aligning with its vision to become Pakistan’s leading information and technology innovation company. The brand continues to invest in high-quality 4G infrastructure, AI integration, and smart solutions to accelerate Pakistan’s digital transformation.
