Pakistan’s leading telecom and ICT powerhouse, PTCL Group (PTCL & Ufone 4G), has expanded its partnership with Mercantile, Apple’s authorised distributor and service provider in Pakistan, to offer Apple’s complete range of products to enterprise customers across the country.
The signing took place at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, where Asif Ahmad, Group Chief Business Solutions Officer at PTCL & Ufone 4G, and Nauman Durrani, CEO Pakistan, SVP Sage – Mercantile, formalized the collaboration. Hatem Bamatraf, President & Group CEO of PTCL & Ufone 4G, also attended the ceremony along with senior executives from both organizations.
Through this partnership, PTCL Group and Mercantile aim to expand access to Apple’s premium technology and deliver innovative enterprise mobility solutions across Pakistan. The collaboration will leverage PTCL Group’s national footprint and Mercantile’s Apple-authorised expertise to boost digital transformation and customer confidence through extended support and joint initiatives.
A key highlight of the partnership is the introduction of Device as a Service (DaaS) — a modern financing model that makes enterprise mobility more affordable and scalable by reducing upfront costs.
