In an attempt to save Pakistan from energy shortage, the Sindh government has ordered shopping malls, markets, shops, and bazaars to shut down at 9 pm. The Home Secretary of Sindh has issued an order which will start from Friday (today) evening. This will be a one-month routine and will come to an end on July 16, 2022.
On the other hand, banquet halls and marriage halls to shut down by 10:30 pm. Also, cafes, hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops have been ordered to shut down by 11 pm.
But bakeries and milk shops, medical stores, pharmacies, hospitals, CNG stations, and petrol pumps will remain open until the night.
