Pakistan did not see the crescent of Rabi-ul-Awwal in 1444 AH, which is the third month of the Islamic Lunar Year.

Eid Milad-Un-Nabi (PBUH) is on October 9

The crescent of Rabi-ul-Awwal 1444 AH, the third month of the Islamic Lunar Year, was not seen in Pakistan. This means that Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) will happen on Sunday, October 9.

Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, in charge of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, held a meeting in Quetta on Monday evening to look at the Rabi-ul-Awwal moon.

After the meeting, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad said that no one in the country had seen the moon for the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal. Because of this, the new lunar month will start on September 28, and the 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal (Eid Milad-un-Nabi) will be on October 9. (Sunday).

Aside from this, there were also zonal committee meetings in the country’s big cities. The central body decides what to do based on the information it gets from people and zonal committees all over the committee.

On the 12th of the Islamic month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, Muslims worldwide celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
