Members of Jubilee Health Insurance are eligible for a number of advantages under this partnership, including reduced prices for outpatient services (OPD), ER visits, radiology services, laboratory services, and home test sample collection. Members will also get discounts on prescription drugs with the added benefit of home delivery. Members only need to show their current Jubilee Health Card when they visit OMI Hospital in order to take advantage of these services. A dedicated Patient Relationship Officer will serve as the main point of contact for any questions or complaints, ensuring prompt satisfaction of client needs and creating a seamless healthcare experience. The overall healthcare experience will also be improved by prioritizing appointment requests.
