Zong 4G Introduces Upgraded My Zong App with 13 New Services

The top telecom provider in Pakistan, Zong 4G, has updated its My Zong App (MZA) with a number of new features to further improve user experience and provide its users with unmatched convenience.

To meet the needs of a wide range of customer preferences, MZA Sprint has introduced 13 new digital value-added services (VAS). Through the dedicated Z Play module, users can easily access a variety of digital experiences, including tournaments, sports, and gaming currency, as well as entertainment options and exclusive Golootlo deals. MZA is a one-stop platform for all of these experiences.

Moreover, MZA Sprint launched a Complaint Handling and Status Check function that makes it simple for users to report complaints via the app.

Along with convenient payment gateways for purchasing bundles and deals, the update also includes other payment choices, including EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit/Credit Cards. The exclusive Monthly Pro Max offerings further enhance the financial services provided on MZA along with the easily navigable “Online Recharge” interface. Additionally, MZA provides an offline maps connection that makes it easier for customers to find 250+ regional and city offerings, enhancing their MZA experience.
