AKU-EB Nurtured Excellence: 92 Students Shine

The Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB) has announced its 2024 annual examination results, with 92 students making it to the prestigious High Achievers List. Notably, 60% of these top performers are female, reflecting AKU-EB’s commitment to equitable education.

Eisha Mustafa from Sindh claimed the national position at the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) level, while Sadia Shafi Muhammad Khuwaja from Sindh secured the top spot at the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) level. Both students praised AKU-EB’s holistic approach to learning, emphasizing its role in inspiring hope and fostering a drive for excellence.

AKU-EB’s impact extends beyond top positions. Principals from affiliated schools highlight the board’s emphasis on concept-based learning and teacher training, leading to well-rounded students prepared for higher education challenges.

Dr Naveed Yousuf, CEO of AKU-EB, expressed pride in the students’ performance and the growing number of schools achieving high standards. The board’s recognition by the International Association for Education Assessment for its contribution to developing International Standards for Educational Assessment underscores its commitment to quality and fairness.

AKU-EB graduates have secured admissions to top universities in Pakistan and worldwide, highlighting the board’s role in preparing students for academic success and global opportunities. The 2024 results showcase AKU-EB’s dedication to nurturing talent and providing access to quality education for all students.
