PTCL, Telco Integrators, and Kacific Launch Satellite Internet Partnership to Boost Connectivity Across Pakistan

In a landmark move set to reshape Pakistan’s digital landscape, PTCL, Telco Integrators Pvt Ltd (TI), and Kacific Broadband Satellites Group have joined forces to bring fast, reliable, and affordable satellite-powered internet services to even the most remote corners of the country. The trio signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to roll out high-speed broadband and voice services through satellite connectivity, filling critical infrastructure gaps and fueling Pakistan’s digital transformation.

The strategic partnership taps into each partner’s unique strengths — PTCL’s unmatched fiber and core telecom infrastructure, Telco Integrators’ local deployment expertise, and Kacific’s advanced satellite broadband technology — to build a nationwide connectivity network that works even where traditional services don’t reach. From rural villages to hard-to-reach mountainous regions, millions stand to benefit from better access to information, education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.

With PTCL’s fiber backbone stretching from Khyber to Karachi and submarine cable links connecting Pakistan globally, the initiative leverages scale and speed. Telco Integrators will act as the local service enabler for Kacific, ensuring seamless installation, support, and customer delivery on-ground. Together, they’ll deliver a complete end-to-end solution — from satellite downlink to the final user — targeting telecom operators, businesses, and SMEs across Pakistan.

Speaking about the partnership, Aamer Ejaz, Group Vice President of Carrier Solutions Business at PTCL, stated, “This partnership represents a major milestone in enhancing digital connectivity across Pakistan. PTCL will extend impactful services to areas previously beyond reach, acting as a catalyst for socio-economic development and digital inclusion.”

Kacific CEO Christian Patouraux added, “Expanding our footprint in Pakistan reflects Kacific’s mission to leave no one behind in the digital era. Together with PTCL and Telco Integrators, we can drive meaningful change through satellite-powered connectivity.”

Imtiaz Ahmed Laghari, CEO of Telco Integrators, noted, “Our strength lies in turning advanced technology into practical, localized solutions. This collaboration allows us to deliver high-performance satellite services with on-ground expertise, making connectivity more accessible and dependable.”

With over 50% of Pakistan’s population still lacking stable broadband, this alliance could become a key pillar of the government’s “Digital Pakistan” vision. By blending global innovation with local deployment, it offers a scalable model to close the digital divide, boost economic inclusion, and digitally empower communities across Pakistan.
