ABHI Partners with Younus Textile Mills for Instant Salary Access

In a move that’s reshaping how salaries work in Pakistan’s textile sector, ABHI has joined hands with Younus Textile Mills (YTM) to roll out Earned Wage Access (EWA) for its employees. YTM, one of the country’s largest vertically integrated textile manufacturers, is now empowering its workforce with real-time access to their earned wages—without waiting for payday.

The partnership reflects a growing trend in Pakistan where employers are adopting modern financial solutions to support their workforce. With ABHI’s embedded finance technology, YTM employees can instantly access a portion of their salaries through the ABHI app or even via SMS, with funds reaching them in under 30 seconds. This innovation is designed to reduce financial stress, eliminate the need for payday loans, and offer employees a better grip on their day-to-day expenses.

Rayaan Sayeed, Head of Sales at ABHI, emphasized that EWA continues to deliver real impact—boosting employee morale, lowering turnover, and improving productivity. YTM’s CEO Muhammad Hassan Tabba echoed this, saying the initiative aligns with their commitment to fostering a progressive and supportive work culture.

In today’s challenging economic environment, where financial uncertainty is common, this collaboration stands out as a beacon of forward-thinking employee support. By enabling flexible salary access, ABHI and Younus Textile Mills are setting a new standard for how Pakistani companies can prioritize workforce wellbeing through tech-driven financial solutions.
