CBD Punjab has reached major milestones in the development of its flagship tech zone project, NSIT City, marking a new era for Pakistan’s digital and innovation ecosystem. With the official approval of the Special Technology Zone Development License from STZA, the project is now firmly placed on the national roadmap for tech-led growth.
One of the biggest developments is the 55% completion of the Celestia IT & Office Tower—a future hub for startups, tech giants, and innovation-driven enterprises. The elevation design of the tower has also been revealed, promising a blend of futuristic architecture and functional design.
The momentum doesn’t stop there. Twenty-five percent of overall infrastructure across CBD NSIT City is already completed. All four residential plots released so far have been successfully auctioned, showing strong market demand.
CBD Punjab has also finalized a strategic agreement to set up a state-of-the-art Data Center in the Astra Block. In another major boost, 90% of plots in the Silicon Block—recently approved by STZA—have already been sold, signaling high investor confidence in the project.
Adding a creative layer to the development, Punjab Film City—Pakistan’s first dedicated film production zone—is in the pipeline, pending final government approval. This move will not only boost the entertainment industry but also promote local content creation and job generation.
CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, emphasized that NSIT City is more than just another real estate venture. “It’s the foundation of Pakistan’s digital future. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, we’re building a global technology hub that fosters innovation, attracts investment, and fuels economic growth,” he said.
As CBD Punjab transforms urban landscapes with cutting-edge infrastructure and visionary planning, NSIT City stands as a beacon for what a tech-driven, economically vibrant Punjab can become.
