Designed for Pakistan’s challenging climate, the series offers water resistance of up to 50cm for 72 hours, advanced CCS technology, and locally manufactured battery cells for unmatched durability. These solutions cater to households, businesses, and industries alike, ensuring resilience against humidity, dust, and harsh weather.
In addition, Itel Energy continues to see strong nationwide adoption of its IP54 series, known for efficiency and reliability, with a 3-year replacement warranty. For commercial and industrial users, the company introduced 30kW and 50kW inverters with scalable connections and adaptable high-voltage batteries. These systems are tailored for shops, factories, schools, hospitals, and farms, delivering continuous power, peak-shaving, and easy system expansion.
The newly launched Experience Center in Saddar, Karachi, is more than a showroom—it combines product testing, training, sales, and technical support under one roof. Backed by over 40 service centers in 33 cities, advanced testing labs, and a 48-hour replacement policy, Itel Energy is setting new standards in after-sales service. A dedicated mobile app further enhances real-time monitoring and troubleshooting, giving customers more control over their energy systems.
Adding to this milestone, Itel Energy inaugurated a local testing laboratory in Karachi today. The facility, developed in partnership with Carlcare Service Pvt. Ltd., is equipped for inverter stress testing, firmware upgrades, and battery cycle simulations.
