The Punjab Food Authority awards its highest five-star rating to 16 Cheezious branches in Lahore for food safety, hygiene and operational compliance.
The achievement places Cheezious among the strongest performers in the PFA’s restaurant rating initiative in Lahore. The program assesses restaurants through a detailed, merit-based evaluation process focused on food safety, hygiene and operational compliance. According to the official evaluation results, 16 Cheezious outlets secured a five-star rating.
“This achievement represents the discipline, ownership and consistency that our teams bring to food safety and operational standards every day,” said Mr. Imran Ijaz, CEO, Cheezious. “Having 16 of our outlets receive five-star ratings is a strong validation of the systems we have put in place and, more importantly, of the commitment of our people. Our focus now is to sustain and continuously improve these standards across every Cheezious location.”
The results reflect the concerted efforts of Cheezious’ Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) and Operations teams, which work to ensure compliance with food safety requirements, maintain operational discipline and uphold quality standards across the restaurant network.
Cheezious has emphasized that maintaining these standards will remain an everyday operational priority. The company aims to ensure that food safety, hygiene and compliance remain embedded in its restaurant operations rather than becoming a focus only during regulatory inspections.
The significance of the achievement extends beyond the rating itself. A five-star evaluation across 16 locations demonstrates consistency in implementing food safety and operational practices across a growing restaurant network. For consumers, such standards are increasingly important as expectations around hygiene, food quality and responsible restaurant operations continue to rise.
