Hoga Saaf Pakistan campaign run by Dettol is not a new name for this generation. Backed up by Reckitt Benckiser and with brand ambassadors like Fahad Mustafa promoting its noble purpose, the campaign has made many attempts in cleaning up the country and has dealt with several issues raised due to improper hygiene.
In fact, it is true to say that Reckitt Benckiser is the only corporate partner of the government supporting their cause for a clean and green Pakistan.
They have successfully made thousands of public toilets for proper sanitation, carried out cleanathons in various areas as well as effectively creating hype about cleanliness through thoughtful advertising and events. The strongest of Hoga Saaf Pakistan campaign could be seen through many events held in educational institutes where they used flyers, mascots and taught about hygiene and how to stay clean.
Hoga Saaf Pakistan campaign has reached another milestone by collaborating with Super Savari in their mission to reach a cleaner home.
Collaborating with the Super Savari Express in Karachi on a Sunday morning, the campaign took many social influencers on a Safai Savari – a tour of various popular destinations in Karachi, while also making a stop in Saddar where everyone took part in cleaning the streets and a particular area. Waseem Badami’s leadership in the whole activity made the entire team enthusiastic and energetic.
What a terrific idea and what a great execution of the idea! The Hoga Saaf Pakistan campaign is definitely trying to meet the ends to make our land clean.
We are all to blame for the mess we have made in our Nation and it’s time we clean our mess.
We all have the habit of blaming the authorities for everything that goes wrong in our country, but the lack of cleanliness and littering is a deeply rooted behavioral pattern in our society and we are largely to be blamed for it.
Campaigns like Hoga Saaf Pakistan are a reminder that we all need to come together if we want to get out of this “messy” situation.
Pakistan isn’t going to clear up on its own because it is the mess we have created over time and it is time for us to take ownership and responsibility for our own country and our future.
This, right here, is a new benchmark laid down by Hoga Saaf Pakistan for many others to follow. It is not always about business and profit; organizations can look at the broader picture and set an example that lives and our future matters more than money. Kudos to Hoga Saaf Pakistan for an excellent effort.
