UK based styling firm Toni & Guy have been in Pakistan for some time making all of us feel and look like models. This time they bring Essensuals salon to the Forum in a sleek and chic way. The launch was held in the atrium at Forum, where a ramp was set up and the models made their way from the escalator at the end and on to the catwalk. Iraj and Iffy were two of the models styled in cutting edge looks by the Essensuals salon that consisted of seven models. After the ramp show the crowd made its way to the salon. The interior of Essensuals is black and white, in a look that is at par with any international salon; which is what one would expect from an international franchise.
About the project: “Essensuals is the sister company started by Toni and Guy’s children Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck and Christian Mascolo. Toni and Guy opened successfully in Pakistan less than a year ago by the talented and ambitious Saeeda Mandviwalla. Saeeda now presents her second and as glamorous venture- Essensuals, located at The Forum. Essensuals targets the younger generation who are usually on a tight budget, yet still want that Toni and Guy chic look. The best part about Essensuals is people can get that sophisticated just by walk in, a foreign concept in upscale hair parlors in Pakistan.”

Amongst the glitterati, that are present at most fashion events, was Deputy British High Commissioner Robert W. Jibson who praised the efforts. All in all, a great first by an international brand that is bringing accessibility and quality to a wider local clientele.
