Munda Headworks bridge

The Munda Headworks bridge was washed away by flash floods in Swat and Lower Dir. Since there is a chance of flash flooding in Charsada in the next few hours, local officials have told people to take precautions.

The Munda Headworks bridge collapsed due to floodwater pressure. The collapse of the bridge has cut off Tehsil Shabqadar and Prang from the district. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. Near the Charsadda district. Since the bridge fell down, Charsadda, Nowshehra, and the areas around them are very likely to flood.

Authorities have told people to leave their homes and move to camps set up by the government to save their lives.
