Mohammad Rizwan, another cricketer, has replaced Babar Azam as the best T20I batter in the world. Babar Azam held the top spot for a long time.
Rizwan has been playing well in the 2022 Asia Cup, which is still going on. This has helped him move to the top of the T20I rankings. Rizwan has already made two amazing half-centuries in the tournament. One of them was a game-winning knock against India in the Super 4s match, which was their biggest rival.
On the other hand, Babar hasn’t bothered the scorers in any of his three games so far. He hasn’t been able to play as well as he usually does and hasn’t even made a fifty in the competition.
Since last year, the two Pakistani batters have been great and have been at the top of the T20I rankings. As the Men in Green prepare to get to the final of the 2022 Asia Cup, they will try to move up in the rankings even more.
