India blame loss

The Indian team blamed the Pakistani players for stopping their progress when they were under pressure. “Indian management told the match referee that Pakistani players, including Mohammad Rizwan, kept stopping the game for no reason, which threw off their bowlers’ rhythm and cost them an important match,”

In an exciting game of getting even, Pakistan beat India by five wickets. After losing to Pakistan, India also lost to Sri Lanka, which made it harder for them to make it to the final of the Asian event.

Wednesday, Pakistan beat Afghanistan by one wicket, setting up the Asia Cup final between Sri Lanka and Pakistan. After Pakistan won the last over, India and Afghanistan were no longer in the race for first place.

The final of the Asia Cup 2022 will be held in Dubai on September 11.
