Federal Minister for Information Technology Syed Aminul Haq met the high-level delegation of Facebook in Romania, during which the opening of the Facebook contact office in Pakistan and investment were discussed.
Aminul Haque told Facebook officials that the number of Facebook users in Pakistan is more than 4.5 million, which will double in a few years. The Federal IT Minister stressed to Facebook officials that Facebook must establish its office in Pakistan.
Metaverse Company, the owner of Facebook, expressed satisfaction over the increase in connectivity and internet users in Pakistan. The Facebook delegation assured us that they would visit Pakistan soon.
