According to the available information, the value of the national currency decreased against the United States Dollar by 79 paisa, which corresponds to an exchange rate of approximately Rs220.5.
According to the statistics provided by Pakistan’s central bank, the value of the rupee at the market closing on Tuesday was Rs219.71.
Nevertheless, despite the decline, the rupee has clawed back a total of Rs19.44 against the dollar after reaching an all-time low of Rs239.94.
