Twitter was Flooded with Memes after WhatsApp went Down

Twitter users organized a festival of memes after the Whatsapp service was affected. Whatsapp is a popular messaging app, and many people use it for instant texting. Its service has disrupted several countries worldwide, including Pakistan, India, Italy, and Turkey.

According to the prominent online tool down detector, most reports were related to Whatsapp service disruptions. The spokesperson of WhatsApp’s owner company ‘Meta’ said they would restore WhatsApp as soon as possible.

However, users upset by the outage took to Twitter and flooded the micro-blogging platform with hilarious memes. A user wrote that people are coming to Twitter to check whether WhatsApp is down.

I was blaming my Wi-Fi, but I had to check on Twitter that WhatsApp is down,” wrote one user.

Another user said that after they restarted his phone, he put it on airplane mode and uninstalled WhatsApp, and then came to Twitter.

Another user wrote about how we would communicate after WhatsApp is closed. More are listed with a picture of the professor of money heist. Professor: And that’s where Twitter comes in.

Another wrote when your WhatsApp is not working, you come on Twitter and see that everyone else is having the same problem.
