The first fully automated unmanned biryani takeaway service in India has been introduced in Kolathur by the Chennai-based firm BVK Biryani. The business intends to open 12 additional sites in the city.

Customers may swiftly browse and order their preferred meals at the BVK Biryani restaurant in Kolathur thanks to 32-inch touchscreen device that shows the menu. A card or a QR code can be used to make a payment.

Customers only need to select the “open door” option after placing their order in order to pick up their meal, which is prepared and packaged in a matter of minutes.
