Jazz Partners with Infobip to Enhance Customer Experience

In order to provide Jazz Partner Enterprises with a one-window communications suite has teamed with Infobip, a prominent worldwide cloud communications provider. At Mobile World Congress 2023 (MCW23) in Barcelona, Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of Jazz, and Silvio Kutic, CEO of Infobip, inked the partnership agreement.

By utilising Infobip’s Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) suite, Jazz Business will be able to provide a variety of channels to its B2B partners, including SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, BiP, and others. As a result, safe, adaptable, and scalable consumer engagement solutions will be possible, greatly enhancing customer engagement.

Additionally, this partnership’s use of strong analytics will allow companies to build and customise their messaging for their target audience through the appropriate touchpoint. A consistent customer experience (CX) throughout the journey depends on this omnichannel strategy.

Through this alliance, Jazz will be positioned as an innovative corporation that integrates cutting-edge technology into all aspect of its operations, including Jazz xlr8, Garaj Cloud, and Digital Financial Services.
