ISPR Releases Emotional Song for Defence Day

In honor of Defense Day, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the official media branch of Pakistan’s Armed Forces, released a moving new song. Pakistan celebrates this important national holiday in order to recognize the heroic efforts and bravery of its soldiers who have protected the country’s frontiers.

This touching song, “Qurban Huway,” was written by renowned author Khalilur Rehman Qamar. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan provides the stirring vocals, and Naveed Naushad is responsible for the heartfelt music. The song and its accompanying music video pay heartfelt homage to the valiant Pakistani soldiers, sailors, and pilots who gave their lives in the line of duty.

The stirring homage “Qurban Huway” serves as a poignant remembrance of the innumerable soldiers who defended their country while frequently paying the ultimate sacrifice. This song serves as a tribute to their selfless sacrifices and unshakable commitment to preserving our country.

About Defence Day

Defense Day, also known as “Yaum-e-Difa,” is a holiday that has special meaning for Pakistanis. It is celebrated on September 6 to recognize the remarkable efforts made by Pakistani soldiers to defend the country’s frontiers. On this day, we remember the occasion in 1965 when Indian soldiers invaded Pakistan’s province of Punjab in retaliation to Pakistan’s Operation Grand Slam in Jammu.
