The School of Leadership (SoL) and English Biscuit Manufacturers (EBM) partnered up once more to conduct the 22nd Young Leaders Conference (YLC) in Karachi on September 26, 2023. This occasion symbolized EBM’s ongoing dedication to grooming Pakistan’s future leaders.
For EBM, the 22nd YLC edition was particularly significant because it saw the debut of the “100 Leaders of Change” tales. This intense exhibit highlighted the transformational journeys of YLC alums, highlighting the conference’s long-lasting effects. These accounts shed light on the real experiences of previous YLC participants, their inspirational growth, and the good impact they made. EBM hopes that these inspiring tales will give people courage and serve as an example of how leadership, tenacity, and hard effort can change the world.
Eminent dignitaries, including Kamran Rizvi, the founder of the School of Leadership, and Shahzain Munir, the executive director of EBM, were present at the occasion together with YLC graduates and other business leaders.
“Over the course of our 22-year partnership with the School of Leadership, we have witnessed the remarkable impact of the YLC on the lives of over 6,500 people throughout Pakistan,” stressed Shahzain Munir, Executive Director of EBM, in his remarks during the opening session. We continue to be steadfast in our dedication to social inclusion, inclusivity, individual development, and education. Pakistan needs leaders at all levels in these difficult times. Our young will be motivated to take control of their lives and leadership journeys by the publication of these 100 tales featuring our Leaders of Change, who are actively improving their neighborhoods and cities.
This celebration of the ongoing partnership between EBM and SoL also serves as a timely reminder of the extraordinary potential of Pakistani youth and the transformative power of leadership.
