The Aga Khan University’s Centre for Innovation in Medical Education (CIME) in Karachi and Nairobi just finished hosting Healthcare Simulation Week. A variety of interesting events, such as a Simulation Relay Race, an Escape Room challenge, a moulage workshop, a CPR competition, and Open Houses, were featured during the week-long event.
These exercises were purposefully created to emphasize the value of collaboration, sound judgment, and the capacity to successfully negotiate challenging healthcare scenarios, particularly in time-constrained circumstances. Healthcare professionals and students have a great opportunity to develop their abilities and work together in an engaging learning environment during Healthcare Simulation Week at CIME.
