To follow the games, passengers can tune in to Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra. In order to increase the enthusiasm, Emirates will have a significant presence at the stadiums, holding hospitality and ticketing rights as well as engaging in a few in-stadium activations.

One of the most eagerly awaited events on the cricket calendar is the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, which is held every four years. This edition will be remembered for being the first World Cup staged entirely in India. During this match, Dinesh Karthik will make his World Cup commentary debut.

Emirates has a long-standing and strong relationship with the International Cricket Council (ICC), and it supports all of the organization’s main cricket competitions, such as the ICC Men’s and Women’s Cricket World Cups, ICC Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cups, and the ICC World Test Championship. The ICC Elite and International Panels of Umpires’ official uniforms prominently display Emirates, demonstrating the company’s dedication to the game. Emirates has served as the primary sponsor of these panels since 2002, who are in charge of presiding over Test Matches and One Day Internationals all around the world. Additionally, Emirates sponsors the ICC Match Referees’ Elite and International Panels. The relationship strengthens Emirates’ position as the Global Partner of the ICC and benefits cricket fans globally by bringing major branding and media exposure. It also helps transport umpires and referees to international matches.

Emirates is devoted to cricket on a global scale, interacting with communities and supporters across Asia, Australasia, and the UK. Emirates and Durham County Cricket Club have a long-standing relationship in the UK that began in 2010, and Emirates is the presenting sponsor of the Durham Lancashire Emirates Trophy. Additionally, in 2013, Emirates obtained naming rights sponsorship for Emirates Old Trafford, one of England’s most prestigious cricket venues and the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club.

Emirates began operating in India in 1985, and since then, it has grown to cover nine different cities throughout the nation, with 167 weekly flights linking Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Thiruvananthapuram. Emirates is still dedicated to spreading a passion of cricket and interacting with its wide range of fans.
