A delegation from Nutrition International, led by Ms. Kristin Hall, Global Portfolio Director of Large Scale Food Fortification, recently visited Sunridge Flour Plant, a major player in the food processing industry. The purpose of the tour, which also included Dr. Irfan Ullah, Pakistan’s deputy country director, provincial program managers, and zonal managers from Sindh, was to learn more about Sunridge Foods’ sophisticated fortification techniques and thorough wheat processing.
