These esteemed rankings were created by the “Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management” (PSHRM) and “Engage Consulting” and are the result of a thorough investigation involving more than 140 businesses and more than 40,000 employees. The assessment rates a company’s engagement and competence in relation to important factors including commitment, growth, belonging, and foresight.
