Zindigi and LDA Partner for Digital Transformation in Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and Zindigi, the JS Bank-powered digital banking project, have forged a ground-breaking alliance to completely change Lahore’s digital transformation.  Under the leadership of LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa and with substantial support from Zindigi, this partnership aims to advance public sector digitization, specifically focusing on LDA payments and its schools.

A single, integrated application and a comprehensive school management solution would be made available through the joint efforts of Zindigi and the Lahore Development Authority. Zindigi’s main goal is to facilitate digital payments in order to advance financial inclusion, particularly for school-age children.

The director general of LDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, expressed hope, pointing out that LDA is bringing significant improvements to the table by leveraging the experience of the corporate sector, and that this constructive change would continue with the announcement of more ground-breaking initiatives.

Zindigi’s Chief Executive Officer, Noman Azhar, stressed the company’s steadfast dedication to improving the public sector via digitization, which will ultimately lead to a more robust and successful economy.

Zindigi’s commitment to youth empowerment and public-private partnerships reinforces its leading position in Pakistan’s all-encompassing digitization program. Prominent figures such as Deputy Director Finance Haris Saeed, Additional DG Housing Mushtaq Awais, Additional DG Mujtaba Arfat, Director Finance Kashif Imran, and Legal Advisor Wasim Badar attended the ceremony.
