Pakistani smartphone manufacturer realme has partnered with food delivery platform Foodpanda to distribute free Iftari meals to people in need during Ramadan. The initiative, called “Make it real,” aims to spread joy and foster community spirit by providing delicious Iftari meals prepared by home chefs.
“Ramadan is a time for reflection, compassion, and unity,” said realme Pakistan CEO Ethan Yin. “We are honored to contribute to the Ramadan celebrations of those in need through our partnership with Foodpanda.”
The campaign highlights realme’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and women empowerment. Home chefs, mainly women, will prepare and deliver the Iftari packages, providing them with a platform to showcase their culinary skills and earn income.
“We are excited to collaborate with realme on this noble initiative,” said Foodpanda’s Head of Enterprise Muhammad Abu Bakar Siddiqui. “Together, we can create moments of joy and unity that will be cherished by all.”
A realme and Foodpanda branded food truck will travel across the city to distribute Iftari meals. The campaign will also include social media challenges and activities with exciting prizes.
