The Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) is the largest investment chamber in Pakistan. Their Women Empowerment Awards program aims to encourage member companies to champion gender equality within their organizations. P&G Pakistan’s consistent dedication to this cause earned them the top award for the second year running.
P&G Pakistan prioritizes fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. This includes advocating for gender equality throughout the company and across industries, removing barriers to girls’ education and creating economic opportunities for women. The company has achieved a gender-balanced leadership team, with over 50% women in key roles.
