Shammi Jalandhari is a poet and lyricist. He is the writer of 3 books and his recent release “Ishq Mera Sultan” was praised and hailed by many poets and individuals of Punjabi film industry. In 2007, he wrote his first book “Watno Door”, and then in 2009, he wrote and publish his second book “Pehli Barish”. These two books express his culture and literature. In 2018, He publish his third book “Ishq Mera Sultan” and he got “The Literature Award 2021” by Guru Kashi Sahit Academy for this book.

In addition to this, Shammi Jalandhari has already won many awards by many organizations of book writing and he has released many books.
