APP IN SNAP (PRIVATE) LIMITED, one of Pakistan’s top IT companies with a global presence, is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Asher Yaqub Khan as its new CEO, succeeding Imran Kazmi, who will serve as a Board of Directors member. Former CTO Ijaz Aslam will also transition to a Board of Directors role.

Mr. Asher Yaqub Khan’s distinguished career spans over 25 years, with significant leadership roles across various large-scale industries in both local and international markets.

In his last assignment, he was Chief Marketing Officer for Mobily, the second-largest telecom operator in Saudi Arabia, where he led the commercial launch of the 5G network and was also instrumental in business and digital transformations. Before joining Mobily, Mr. Khan held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at MTN Ghana, where he was part of the team launching the country’s first 4G network. His achievements also include his tenure as Chief Commercial Officer at Ufone, where he successfully led the launch of Pakistan’s first 3G operation, redefining brand and marketing strategies that led to a remarkable turnaround in the company’s performance.
