Sonraj Youth Circle Program

Sonraj has just wrapped up its first Youth Circle Enrichment Program in Karachi, a fresh initiative designed to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs by giving them real-world exposure to the luxury retail sector. As Pakistan emerges with one of the youngest populations globally—over 60% under the age of 25—this initiative taps into a massive well of untapped potential.

Held earlier this month, the two-week program brought together a diverse group of motivated teens. From workshops and mentoring sessions with industry leaders to hands-on experience in luxury retail operations, the participants explored every angle of brand management, marketing, and customer service. The program was designed to show how global luxury and local talent can work together to shape a new narrative for Pakistan’s role in high-end retail.

Sonraj has long been a champion of entrepreneurship and community building. Inspired by Pakistan’s trading heritage and growing innovation scene, the company aims to channel this energy into the luxury sector. With a deep belief in empowering creative minds, the Youth Circle is more than just a learning experience—it’s a launchpad.

Speaking at the closing dinner, CEO Rameez Sattar encouraged the young attendees to dream big and think globally. “You’re not just competing in Karachi or Lahore anymore. You’re up against your peers in New York, London, and Paris. The world is digital, it’s connected—and that’s your playing field,” he said.

This program is part of Sonraj’s broader vision to invest in the youth of Pakistan, nurturing confidence and creativity. Whether the next step for these young minds is launching a startup, building a digital brand, or joining the global workforce, they’ve now taken their first step into an industry once considered out of reach.

As Pakistan’s youth begin to lead the charge not just in following trends but setting them, initiatives like Youth Circle ensure that the future of luxury has a strong, local heartbeat.
