Hadiqa Kiani, a well-known Pakistani singer-actor, has completed the construction of 100 houses in Balochistan for flood victims. The initiative began as a charity drive called Vaseela-e-Raah a few months ago. Kiani’s goal with this campaign was to help people in Pakistan affected by natural disasters.
Shanzeh Aslam, the singer’s niece, organised a fundraising effort on GoFundMe to raise money for Kiani’s objective to construct 200 environmentally friendly homes for flood victims in Balochistan and expand operations to other cities. The initiative sought to raise $200,000 in total. Kiani was able to build 100 homes in Balochistan’s Naseerabad district’s Tamboo Tehsil thanks to donations.
Grateful to share progress! Inshallah we will not only complete our goal of 200 homes but we will also have a Vaseela-e-Raah primary school, grocery store and a maternity center all because of your help and donations.
By the grace of Allah, we are making record progress. pic.twitter.com/PVRM8ovaPR

Kiani revealed her intentions for building a primary school, grocery shop, and maternity centre for flood victims in addition to building dwellings. In October 2022, Kiani travelled to flood-affected areas and asked residents to concentrate on building and rehabilitation in order to aid the displaced population, who are dealing with serious difficulties owing to stagnant water, infections, and a lack of shelter.
On Vaseela-e-Instagram Raah’s page, Kiani extended her gratitude to everyone who supported the campaign. In her letter, she expressed her gratitude for how Vaseela-e-supporters Raah’s helped build 100 homes in Tamboo Tehsil, Naseerabad District, Balochistan.
Many around Pakistan have praised the project, and many have recognised Kiani’s efforts. The completion of 100 homes is a big accomplishment, and Kiani has pledged to keep working to aid others in Pakistan who have been impacted by natural calamities.
