Cricket Australia thanked the Pakistan Cricket Board for helping them stay peaceful in the hotel by getting rid of the rats during their Pakistan tour.
According to a letter by Cricket Australia (CA), “When we arrived at the Hotel in Karachi and there were numerous issues such as rats in rooms, abnormal odours and a range of issues that were unexpected. You [PCB] and your team quickly worked to correct the majority of these problems and within 48 hours we were satisfied that all changes made enabled a safe and comfortable stay”.
Furthermore, Cricket Australia also praised PCB for making their stay a memorable one. The officials also hoped that the bilateral series will continue soon.
On a concluding note, CA stated, “We truly look forward to dealing with you in future and are genuinely grateful for the outstanding role that you played as the logistics and operations manager for our tour”.
Australia toured Pakistan after 24 years for the first time earlier in 2022 for the first time.
