Telenor has confirmed that its services are now fully restored. The company stated that its services are back online.

Telenor Pakistan is facing countrywide reception issues as thousands of confused users continue to ask about the unannounced signal outage. If you are a Telenor Pakistan user and facing a no-signal issue, then you are not alone as Telenor Pakistan is facing an outage in several cities across the country.

Initial reports suggest that the wide-scale outage is mainly due to multiple fiber-cable cuts.

Telenor just posted an update on Twitter saying that multiple optical fiber cuts on Telenor’s service provider networks have impacted services in several locations.

The company has apologized and assured the customers that their teams are working to restore the disconnected areas as early as possible.

While details are awaited, a spokesperson of the company confirmed the outage and said that the scope of the outage is yet to be fully ascertained.

Telenor has not shared any expected timeline for the restoration of the services. Watch this space for updates as more information is still awaited on this matter.
