Apple's iPhone 14 Hardware Issues

A few weeks after it came out, customers around the world are finally getting their hands on the iPhone 14. However, the flagship phone is already having hardware problems. Several people on the internet have said that their iPhones have a strange problem that makes the lens move and make horrible grinding noises, as if the phone is possessed.

When you open the camera in a third-party app like TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, or others, the problem happens. As soon as you open the camera, it starts to shake, which makes the picture completely blurry. In the video below, you can even hear the noise.

Notably, the problem doesn’t happen when the iPhone’s default camera app is used. This suggests that the problem might be with the software of the third-party app, not with Apple’s hardware. It’s not clear how much damage the bug could do to the phone’s camera, but the fact that it’s a $1000 phone that costs a lot to fix makes it scary.

TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat may have to fix bugs on the iPhone 14 Pro, but until they do, you shouldn’t use the camera on these apps or you could damage your phone.

Performance of the battery

In related news, the battery sizes of the iPhone 14 models have been leaked. Apple said that the iPhone 14 Plus had the biggest battery of any iPhone, but the iPhone 13 Pro Max had a slightly bigger power cell, so that seems to be a lie.

YouTubers have also posted the results of their battery tests for the iPhone 14 phones. The iPhone 14 Pro Max does better than the others, but not as well as the 13 Pro Max. Also, the basic iPhone 13 did better than the basic iPhone 14. Watch the video below to find out more.
