Babar Azam's Team Motivational Speech Goes Viral

Pakistan cricket team consultant Matthew Hayden, coach Saqlain Mushtaq, and Captain Babar Azam are seen consoling and encouraging the players.

Pakistan Cricket Board shared the video of the Pakistani dressing room after losing the match against India. In the video, Muhammad Nawaz can be seen holding his head in the corner of the dressing room while other players are also sitting depressed.

In the dressing room, Babar Azam said that we have tried and have to try; some mistakes have been made, and we must learn not to fall. The tournament has just started, and there are many matches.

Babar Azam told the players that the defeat was not due to one person, but we all lost. No one should point the finger at anyone for defeating him. It won’t happen in our team, and we must stick together with the little mistakes we have to work on as a team.

Babar Azam addressed Mohammad Nawaz with his head bowed and said Nawaz was my match winner. I will always have faith in you, whatever will be done.

Babar Azam said to Mohammad Nawaz in the Punjabi language, “Don’t bow your head; you will win me the next match as well.” It was a very good effort. It was a pressured over, but you took it so close—very Weldon.

After Babar Azam’s speech, the players in the dressing room clapped.
