The first fully automated unmanned biryani takeaway service in India has been introduced in Kolathur by the Chennai-based firm BVK Biryani. The business intends to open 12 additional sites in the city.
Customers may swiftly browse and order their preferred meals at the BVK Biryani restaurant in Kolathur thanks to 32-inch touchscreen device that shows the menu. A card or a QR code can be used to make a payment.
Customers only need to select the “open door” option after placing their order in order to pick up their meal, which is prepared and packaged in a matter of minutes.
The automated technology streamlines and improves the process by replacing the conventional way of lining up and waiting for orders to be made.
The introduction of the unmanned biryani takeaway service is expected to change the Indian food business by providing customers with a distinctive and practical experience. BVK Biryani is on track to establish itself as a household name for tasty, hassle-free biryani with plans to extend to other areas of the city.
